Book Launch

Marjorie Harshaw Robie launched her book in the historic surroundings of Linen Hall Library Belfast. Along with Ron Donaghue, Adrian Murdock & Maud Hamill, Marjorie was welcomed to the Linen Hall Library by the director John Killen , who presented her with a book about the Library.  Also present at the memorable evening on 15th March, were around 20 local people with interest in history. While waiting for everyone to arrive, light refresments were served and everyone mingled, many meeting for the first time and chatting. Marjorie then gave a lenghty description of her book and its contents and presented one to John Killen, who deposited it in the Library archives. Those present were then able to purchase signed copies and many folk lingered, deep in conversation.
