On Sat 8th March, despite heavy showers over 40 members of Saval's Womens Group with a few men and lots of children came to walk the Trail. Owing to the wet condition of the ground the group only walked to "Loughorne Cottage" and then went to rest of the sites by car. They ended the trip at Donaghmore graveyard at John Martin's grave.
Afterwards delicious soup & sandwiches were served at Saval Community centre.
All who attended expressed how much they had enjoyed it and discovered a lot of unknown local history.
